Step 1 — Open
Begin at the back of the knee. Using light upward strokes, brush from the mid-calf toward the back of the knee 5–7 times on each leg. This activates the popliteal lymph nodes and opens the drainage pathway before fluid is mobilised. Without this step, downstream stimulation has nowhere to drain toward.

Step 2 — Drain
Move to the lower calf and ankle. Using firm upward strokes, brush from the ankle toward the knee along the inner and outer calf. This directs accumulated fluid away from the ankle joint and into the activated drainage channels above. This is where the majority of post-menopausal pooling occurs and where the protocol delivers the most visible change.

Step 3 — Clear
